What we collect
- Your name, email, phone number, business name and trade, when you book an Admin Audit.
- Site usage through Google Analytics, and only if you accept analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
- To arrange your call and follow up with you. Our reason for doing this is legitimate interests.
- To understand how the site is used. Our reason for doing this is your consent.
Who processes it for us
Cal.com, Microsoft 365, Google Analytics, Cloudflare, Lovable and Supabase.
How long we keep it
- If you don't become a client: 12 months from your last contact with us.
- If you do become a client: 6 years, for our accounting and legal records.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw your analytics consent.
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We never sell your data
We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't share it for advertising.
